One day, I was searching for functionality similar to the Tech Transfer app for a customer (before I knew about the app), so I asked the question on Chatter. I was introduced to Stewart again, and we installed the app for the customer. SA My dog Elsa is a rescue from a center where my wife worked. The center was managing their business on paper and whiteboards, and sometimes a spreadsheet, if PAWSITIVE NEWS: they were lucky. After meeting Chris and learning his background, I asked him to help me build an app. I wanted to help any shelter track animal care and fundraising efforts in Salesforce. An App to Help Animal Shelters CR When Stewart reached out, I was immediately in. If we built something that was free and easy to use, any animal shelter could benefit from it. We also shared the app with wildlife charities. SA It started off as a basic app for storing an animal’s data, but it extended into adoption management, tracking medicine, treatments, generating schedules, and more.
