With AppExchange, you KIM can leverage a wide variety of apps that benefit and enhance the Salesforce process. In the last five years, I’ve brought nearly 15 different AppExchange apps into Salesforce, including paid and WARGO free apps. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE My tried-and-true AppExchange apps are APPEXCHANGE APPS? DocuSign eSignature and CLM, Rollup Helper, Dashboard Pal, and Salesforce Maps. A big reason for using AppExchange apps is to keep everything as native in Salesforce as possible. This makes it easy and more secure, with less room for error. HOW HAVE YOU SEEN APPEXCHANGE HELP DURING COVID-19? With Salesforce and DocuSign we were able to continue business as usual when offices suddenly closed. When Payment Protection Plan lending started we had to get up and running within hours. DocuSign CLM and eSignature made that happen. We were able to save 8,800 jobs over a three-month period. So in addition to a seamless experience for our customers, we remained dedicated to keeping jobs in the community. WHAT DOES BEING A TRAILBLAZER MEAN TO YOU? I love the title of Trailblazer because I love being a part of driving change. I wear my hoodie with pride. When I came into the Salesforce environment, I was a brand-new admin, coming from a sales background. We did things a certain way in finance, and I wanted to think out of the box.
