Check it out at bit.ly/appycooking. APP-TASTIC DEVILED EGGS • Recipe submitted by Scott Luikart Serves: 24 • Prep time: 5 minutes • Cook time: 25 minutes 12 large eggs 1. Place eggs in a pot of water with an extra 2 inches of water above them. Add salt to water. 2. Bring water to a boil. Turn off, leave pot on burner, 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. salt and cover for 10–12 minutes. 3. Prepare a bowl of ice. 4. Move the pot ½ cup mayonnaise to the sink. Pour the bowl of ice into the pot. Then run cold water into the pot. The eggs will cool. 5. Once eggs have cooled enough for handling, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard peel the shells off the eggs. 6.
