Spaghetti Squash Bake GF K V 30 Mins Katie Yeigh Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400° F. 2. Roast spaghetti squash.Cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake cut side down for 30 minutes. 3. While squash roasts, sauté onions and garlic, carrots, and peppers until fragrant and soft. 4. If using meat, brown and add to mixture. (It's most üavorful if you sauté with some onions and garlic.) 5. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and mix everything together. Add a little water if necessary to mix. 6. When spaghetti squash is done, use a fork to shred/scrape the strands. 7. Add veggie mixture, squash strands, and cheese to a baking dish. Throw some cheese on the top if your heart desires. 8.
