This dynamic learning environment is made up of small, bite-sized lessons in myTrailhead, a digital campus and online classrooms using Communities (Experience Cloud), and a modern interface using FormAssembly. The program classes encourage community, open discussion, and gamification elements to shift the focus away from achievement and more on the educational journey. By pairing FormAssembly with Experience Cloud and myTrailhead via a seamless Salesforce connection, ONU was able to eliminate an outdated portal and deliver a learning management system that is beautiful and scalable. FormAssembly also has a low-code to no-code interface that allows ONU to innovate despite having no development team, providing the team with the flexibility to iterate as they meet student needs with a consumer-grade interface. ONU used FormAssembly and Salesforce to build the following features of Your Way: · Automated application process: Using dynamic picklists, prospects and students can instantly see how their courses will transfer to ONU and then create the transfer course records instantly with FormAssembly forms. This automates the articulation process for transfer coursework and credit, drastically cutting the processing time for the admissions team. There is now an applicant-facing FormAssembly form that not only takes students’ demographic information and builds their education history, but also allows students to detail their transcript to speed transfer credit evaluation. · Coursework management: Students submit all work through Experience Cloud, using authenticated FormAssembly forms.
