From a customer perspective, there was no change to the event registration process, and through a single sign on (SSO) in the AACR member community, members could quickly and easily find and navigate to the virtual event(s) they had registered for previously. GOO became the centerpiece for all purchase flows across the organization, with the Fonteva Sales Order doing much of the heavy lifting. · “My Content”: A custom section leveraging Fonteva Communities offers a single place to view and attend virtual conferences and special programs. This all seamlessly works for the single “Attend” button that a user sees. · Session Planner: A series of Lightning components on the event details page makes it possible to build a complex program which can span multiple days over concurrent channels.
