Purpose of Datorama Certification ● Partners gain technical knowledge of the Datorama platform ● Partners gain knowledge of best practices on how to deliver Datorama projects, both from a management and technical perspective ● Partner organizations receive formal approval to deliver projects to Datorama customers

Required Roles for Partners What are the role requirements for a partner organization to become certified? Solution Architect Project Manager • Experience with data modeling, ETL and SQL • Experience with enterprise software project delivery • Experience with BI implementations, preferably in a digital marketing environment • Experience with BI & digital marketing • Experience with data analysis & data QA • Experience with client relationship management • Basic coding skills - if/else, for loops • Familiarity with ads and marketing data analytics • Client-facing skills and ability to succinctly explain technical concepts • Ability to run Discovery sessions to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements Each partner company must successfully certify at least 1 PM and 1 SA for the partner company to be considered a Datorama certified partner organization An Implementation Specialist designation is also available for those who choose to complete just the 3 online trainings without going through the full certification process

Prerequisites for Certification These 3 online trainings are required prerequisites for both the PM & SA certification Things to keep in mind: • The online certifications take 40-60 hours and each needs to be passed at 75% or higher • For SAs, you can register for Bootcamp only after completing and passing the online trainings • Once you submit one training for grading, you can apply for the next one immediately Attendees must complete the following online trainings: • Specialist Admin, Expert Admin, and Partners

Solution Architect Certification What are the steps for Solution Architect certification? SA Bootcamp Agenda While the online certifications focus mainly on how to work in the platform, the Bootcamp is designed for Solution Architects and concentrates on pros & cons and best practices of various implementation methods. Datorama trainers will walk attendees through real Datorama implementation use cases, explaining the considerations made in the decision making process.

SA Mock Project Simulation Project simulation exercise in which trainers play the role of the customer and you are expected to deliver a mock project ● Purpose: Last phase of the SA certification process and serves as the final evaluation determining whether attendees become certified ● Timeframe: Runs for a total of 6 weeks and performed virtually ● Solution Architect is to lead the Discovery session and creates the various deliverables. Individual sessions with each SA are scheduled for the Solution Design Sync and the Implementation Review - these sessions are pass/fail reviews of your work.
