Place the white egg bases on a plate (or deviled egg container). Refrigerate while making the filling. 8. Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce. Drizzle mixture with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 9. Take egg bases out of refrigerator. Fill them with mixture by either using a spoon or by putting mixture into a plastic bag, cutting off one corner, and piping the filling onto the bases. 10. Top with paprika or other desired topping.
